Weekly Training Schedule
Monday's and Wednesday's bootcamp training are open trainings. This means you can bring all your friends and housemates to get stronger together!

On Tuesday and Thursday there is Cross Training, which is only available to members. Signing up via the Beasts Activity Chat is required.
​
In period 2 a weightlifting clinic is will be given by Ton Leenders.
In period 3 an advanced powerlifting clinic will be given by Pjotr van den Hoek.
